"Astra Theme Compatibility" (#3750361) / KingsPlugins

I have installed the MarketKing plugin and I have the WP Astra theme active. However, I am not seeing the MarketKing marketplace pages on my website or in my WP Admin menu.

Is the Astra theme compatible with MarketKing or do I need to install a differnt theme.

If not, how can I access and customize the MarketKing marketplace web pages for my website?

Thank you

Hi there,

Thank you for getting in touch with us,

Just to confirm, I understand you are using MarketKing Core, but not MarketKing Pro, is that correct?

-> MarketKing is compatible with the Astra theme. When the plugin is initially installed, it will automatically create several pages, for "Vendor Dashboard" and for "Stores List".

Possibly the pages were not added to the menu automatically, but you should be able to find them in the backend, under the Pages section. Can you check that please?

Kind regards,

Stefan

Hello,

Thank you for your response. Yes, I am using MarketKing Core at this time to decide if it will suit my needs.

I was able to find the MarketKing pages under the 'Pages' menu option and then add them to my menu.

Thanks again for such a prompt response!
