Hide all phone numbers and emails

Hi guys.

I want to know is it possible to mask email and phone numbers from anywhere in the vendor dashboard. 

For example in products short and long descriptions, Vendor details (About us), store notice, policies etc. I feel vendors are always trying to pull a quick one and send traffic off site to cut out commissions etc. 

I have a snippet that masks emails in vendor messages but it would be great if we could mask emails and phone numbers everywhere.
