Adding customers in back end

Hey team,

Is there a way to add multiple customers via csv or similar in the back end? I know there are plugins like the Import Export Suite for WooCommerce but I was hoping there'd be a way to do this via b2bking so that all of the user fields are populated correctly.

Hello Adam,

The plugin does not directly have any functionality to import customers. Indeed it would be needed to use a customer importer plugin - any plugin that can import user metadata will work.

B2BKing user fields are set for each user as User Metadata (also known as User Custom Fields). Any plugin that can import such data (most can), would be able to import B2BKing fields.

 

The meta key for each B2BKing field has the format "b2bking_custom_field_1234", where 1234 is replaced by the unique ID of each field. The ID is visible in the URL when you edit that field (e.g. if the URL has ?post=123, then the ID of the field is 123).

Are you trying to import a specific field such as VAT?
