Questions regarding the compatibility and functionality of your B2Bking Wholesale

I have a couple of questions regarding the compatibility and functionality of your B2Bking Wholesale platform:

  1. Compatibility with WooCommerce HPOS: Is B2Bking Wholesale compatible with WooCommerce's High Performance Order System (HPOS)?

  2. Customer Order and Purchase History: Where can I view detailed information about each customer's orders, purchased items, payments, and invoices? A screenshot or clear explanation would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you for getting in touch with us,

 

(1) I can confirm that B2BKing is fully compatible with HPOS (we added compatibility on July 20, 2023).

 

(2) This would be mostly handled via standard WooCommerce features, B2BKing does not have a special functionality for this.

-> To view all orders of a specific customer, I think the best way is via WooCommerce -> Orders, filtering by customer: https://prnt.sc/KOhyh7a2XTLD

 -> To view all invoices, I think similarly the best option is to filter orders, and then view invoices for each order. We would suggest to use this free invoice generation plugin that adds the invoice to each order: https://wordpress.org/plugins/woocommerce-pdf-invoices-packing-slips/ (B2BKing has an invoice gateway option at checkout but does not directly generate the invoices itself).

-> To view purchased items / payments of a particular customer, I think the best available option would just be to go through their orders.
