Hi,

Is it possible for my team of sellers to be able to enter orders to Woocommerce/B2BKing on behalf of clients?

Currently my team enters orders through our ERP (ODOO), but it would be very useful to do it through Woocommerce

Thanks, Claudio

Hello Claudio,

B2BKing does not have this feature, but we do have a separate plugin, SalesKing ( https://kingsplugins.com/woocommerce-b2b/salesking/ ) that is designed for sales agents.

With SalesKing, each agent has a frontend agent dashboard where they can mange clients, orders, affiliate links, commissions, create and share carts etc. Agents can also shop as customers and place orders on behalf of customers:

You can view a demo of the agent dashboard here: https://demosk.wpbay.co/agent-dashboard

Could this help here perhaps?

Kind regards,

Stefan
