tax exemption not working

Hi there,

I have the following problem:

I have set up two dynamic rules for all B2B users.
1. an 8% discount and 2. a tax exemption for all B2B users. The 8% discount rule works, but the taxes are still displayed in the shopping cart.

What could be the reason for this?

Hi there,

Good to hear you already resolved that. I think most likely it would be an issue with the configuration of the tax exemption rule: it may be needed to select all countries and set requires: nothing in the rule.
