Hi Stefan,
We need to create a coupon that can only be used X times by some users and adds a 50% discount to the cart. As I said in previous tickets, our shop is a B2B only shop and users can only see their wholesale price.
However, this 50% discount coupon must be applied to the product regular price (RRP - recommended retail price) and not the B2B price. If I try to create a woocommerce default coupon, I think that the discount is applied to the B2B price and not the regular price.
How can I create a coupon like this?
Best regards and thanks for the help.
Coupon that applies to the RRP price

Hello Miguel,
It would help if we could take an example:
- For example we have a product that has B2C price = $1000 and B2B price = $800 ; and you would like to apply a 50% discount coupon.
Does that mean you would like the discount to be 50% * 1000 = $500? And the B2B user will pay the final price = $800 - $500 = 300 final price paid ?
You mentioned your shop is a B2B only shop. Then can you clarify, is the above way of handling coupons just for easier management?
There is indeed no feature to apply coupons to the B2C price instead of B2B.
I think the options are:
- Create a fixed $ coupon instead of a percentage coupon, but I understand maybe this makes things harder to manage.
- It is also possible to set a different coupon value for B2C and B2B: https://b2bkingplugin.com/docs/set-different-coupon-values-for-b2b-user-groups/ - so for example the same coupon can be 40% off B2C and 50% off B2B. Could this help maybe?
