Hi guys.

I was wondering if it was possible for vendors to send out a message to all their clients from their vendor dashboard just like I can do with the Announcement in my admin backend.

A feature like this would be very useful for vendors to send out information quickly on mass to all customers at once.

Hello Anthony,

At the moment this is not possible - I think the concern was this could end up with sellers spamming customers with various messages and promotions.

That said I understand it depends on each marketplace and it could make sense as an optional feature. Thank you for the suggestion and we will consider it for the future.

Yes it would be a great feature if it was made possible.

Maybe it could be capped and only allow vendors to send out max of 1 message per week, then it would be useful.
