PreSales

Hi there,

Thank you for getting in touch with us,

Please note the B2BKing plugin on codecanyon is also available on our official website at https://kingsplugins.com/woocommerce-wholesale/b2bking/pricing - we recommend purchasing directly from our site as you will find better pricing and terms. The plugin and features are identical.

Regarding your questions:

(1) There are some customization options but they are limited.

First of all, you can set your own logo via plugin settings (instead of the B2BKing logo).

You can also add some additional text as a header for the document, in various locations. This is achieved via code snippets: https://b2bkingplugin.com/docs/offers-2/#7-toc-title

(2) The way the flow normally works is that you would first create and send an offer from the B2BKing plugin backend.

This offer is not only a PDF, but it also shows under the My Account -> Offers page, or can be added to a custom page.

The customer can add this offer to cart and checkout, which creates the order.

So for example one common way things work is that the customer requests a quote, you send an offer in response, the customer can accept the offer (or negotiate), and then finally they add the offer to cart and checkout. More info at: https://b2bkingplugin.com/docs/offers-2/

(3) There are several different plans, Startup, Pro and Developer, and each plan has both an annual, and a lifetime option. Please see https://kingsplugins.com/woocommerce-wholesale/b2bking/pricing for more details.

There is currently a promotion so the first year is at a discount, but subsequent renewals are at full price.

Kind regards,

Thomas
