Hello Admin,

The B2BKing plugin is encountering several “Failed to load resource” errors with 404 status codes. Specifically, the errors involve missing JavaScript files such as:

  • Multiple heartbeat.min.js files
  • Various anonymous function files
  • API-related scripts
  • A specific error in apiMultiSearchResults with “Missing parameter(s): query”
  • Multiple enqueueJob errors
  • Source map loading errors

Additionally, I am experiencing layout issues within the WordPress admin side. Could you please advise on how to resolve these issues?

Thanks!

Hello Jordan,

Thank you for purchasing our plugin,

-> Regarding the layout issues you are seeing there, indeed that seems strange - I believe most likely it is some kind of plugin or styling (CSS) conflict, but it's difficult to say more without checking.

It would be great if we could review this directly on the site and troubleshoot. For that, would it be possible to share a backend access to the site, or a staging site we can work on?

-> Regarding source maps JS errors: Source maps are a debugging tool for developers (these show the full scripts rather than the compressed minified ones we release). We intentionally do not include source maps in our releases, as they would unnecessarily increase plugin size.

These are not actual code errors and would not have any effects on site functionality. They can be turned off in browser settings ( https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/answers/questions/458576/devtools-failed-to-load-source-map ).

-> There are some other errors there such as errors related to multi-search. From what I can tell I believe these are not connected to our plugin, and multi-search is not a module of our plugin.

We would be glad to check though. Perhaps there is a conflict or something similar impacting other site JS. Similarly it would be great if we could run some tests and troubleshoot directly.

Kind regards,

Stefan

Hi Admin,

Yes, I can provide that but how best should the login credential be shared considering this is a public ticket.

Thank you.
