Hi there,

I hope you are well.

2 things please :)

1. My site is very slow only when a client logs in. After lots of deactivating and activating plugins to find the cause, it looks like it is the B2B plug in that is cause the website to slow down. Is there any recommendations on how i can fix this? My clients are getting very frustrated and are not enjoying my site.

2. I would like to use the Show B2C price to B2B users but i would like on the website to show "Salon Price" Instead of "Retail Price" and "Your Price" instead of "Wholesale Price". Is this possible?

Thanks so much!

Hi there,

Glad to assist,

(1) Regarding speed issues, are you using the visibility module perhaps?

If so, please go to B2BKing -> Settings -> Other and enable the setting "Product Visibility Cache". This can have a significant impact on performance.

Other than this, it is difficult to say what the issue could be. We can check it directly and run some tests if you would like. For that, we would need a backend login to the site, or a staging clone site.

(2) It is possible to change these texts. To do it, please go to B2BKing -> Settings -> Language & Text. You should be able to find options there for each of those.

Kind regards,

Stefan
