We can't find Buy X Get Y (different item) option in dynamic rules.

After consulting with your AI chat, we got an answer - Yes, it is possible to set up a "Buy One, Get Another (Different Item)" promotion using B2BKing's dynamic rules. This type of promotion is often referred to as a "Buy X, Get Y" deal, where purchasing one item (X) allows the customer to receive a different item (Y) for free or at a discounted price.

Buy X Get 1 -How can we make make it behave differently? Like if you add 1 item, another is added automatically (with price of 0.01 for accounting purposes?)

Because now customers are confused, they think they need to buy 2 to get 3rd one for free (as in buy 2 get 1 free) it should be buy 1 get 1 free, but setting the dynamic rule this way, makes the product free :D

Hi Dovydas,

I am sorry but the AI was hallucinating - at the moment B2BKing does not have a built-in option for "Buy X Get Y" where Y is a different item.

What you could do instead is create an Offer in B2BKing that bundles the items together. For example, you could create an offer that includes 2 items + 1free item. You can then display this offer using the shortcode [b2bking_offers id=YOUR_OFFER_ID] anywhere on your site, e.g.:

Unfortunately B2BKing cannot force-add separate items to the customer's cart automatically. The only current solution without custom code would be the Offers approach I mentioned above, though I understand the UI is quite different.
