I am experiencing a critical issue with the wholesale order form module. Since updating to the latest version, the module no longer functions correctly.

When I attempt to add products to the cart using the wholesale form, the system enters an infinite loading state and never completes the action. This issue did not occur before the update, and it is now preventing me from using a key feature of the plugin.

Please investigate this problem and let me know how it can be resolved as soon as possible.

Additionally, I checked the browser console and found this JavaScript error when attempting to add items to the cart:

This started immediately after updating to the latest version of B2BKing. Please advise or release a fix.

Hi Raimondo,

Based on the JavaScript error you're seeing, I think there might be a conflict with some other JavaScript on the site. As a first step, I'd recommend adding this code snippet to resolve potential JS conflicts:

add_filter('b2bking_trigger_added_cart_event','__return_false');

You can add this code to your theme's functions.php file or using any code snippets plugin.

If the issue persists, it would be helpful if you could provide me with temporary admin access to your site so I can investigate the issue more thoroughly and check for any other potential conflicts.

in the meantime thank you. the problem seems to be solved. I have another very important question. currently on my site I have entered the prices to the public (b2c) with vat and taxes included and my site currently shows the prices vat included to the b2c customer and to the guest. Unfortunately however, on my management system from which I did the import, the b2b prices are considered vat and taxes excluded and during the checkout phase or based on the customer they will have to be calculated. is there a way to tell b2b king that the prices I entered b2b are to be understood vat and taxes excluded? if I change the setting from woocommerce, the setting is reflected for both things while for us it is correct to say that the b2c prices are vat and taxes included and the b2b prices are vat and taxes excluded.

Yes, it should possible to set that up ! You can add the following PHP code snippet to your site:

add_filter('option_woocommerce_prices_include_tax', function($val){
    $user_id = get_current_user_id();
    $is_b2b = get_user_meta($user_id, 'b2bking_b2buser', true);
    if ($is_b2b === 'yes'){
        $val = 'no'; // prices entered ex tax for B2B
    } else {
        $val = 'yes';
    }
    return $val;
}, 10, 1);

Then you will be able to enter prices differently for B2B and B2C:

For example in this image, 119 is VAT inclusive, and 90 is VAT exclusive.
