Need Help Implementing Custom B2B Flow

Hi B2BKing Team,

We have a specific B2B workflow and would like to know before buy if your plugin supports it or if it can be implemented with available features.

Here’s how we want our wholesale process to work:

  1. A wholesaler comes to our website and registers for a wholesale account.

  2. We (admin) manually review and approve their account.

  3. Once approved, they can view all products but without seeing the prices.

  4. The wholesaler selects the products they are interested in and submits them for pricing.

  5. We review the selection and send back a custom price or quotation.

  6. The wholesaler then reviews the price and places the order.

Can this flow be done with your plugin (especially steps 3–5)? If yes, please guide us on how to set this up or what features/add-ons are needed.

Thanks for getting in touch! Yes, B2BKing can support the workflow you described. Here's how you can set this up:

1. You can restrict the site for logged-out users by going to B2BKing -> Settings -> Access Restriction and setting it to "Hide Shop & Products". This means users will need to register first to access the site.

2. B2BKing has built-in manual approval functionality, so you'll be able to review and approve B2B users before they can login to the site.

3. To hide prices and implement the quote system, you can create a "Replace Cart with Quote" dynamic rule in B2BKing -> Dynamic Rules. This will:
- Hide prices from approved B2B users
- Allow them to add items to a quote request
- Let them submit the quote for your review

4. Once they submit a quote request, you can review it and send them back an offer with custom pricing. They can then proceed to place the final order based on the approved quote.
