Visibility

Thank you for purchasing our plugin,

While our plugin should generally be compatible with Divi, there could be some specific widget or theme settings causing conflicts. It's not immediately clear what's causing this without being able to inspect the specific setup.

To help troubleshoot this effectively, would you be able to provide temporary admin access to your site or a staging site? That would allow us to identify exactly what's happening and provide a specific solution.

I tried logging in to the site now to troubleshoot the issue further, however my login attempt seems to have triggered a security pop-up from the Jetpack plugin:

Could you please check that, or if possible disable Jetpack?

Thank you, I was able to access the site now.

(1) Regarding this issue:

" When I try to activate visibility control, I can't see any products in the shoppage:
https://staging-1749116630.velowear.dk/product-category/cykeltasker does not show any items."

It seems like all of the products in that category are set as invisible.

For example if you go to 

Apidura Backcountry Downtube Pack (1,8 l)

or Apidura Backcountry Accessory Pocket (4 l)

Those products have visibility disabled for all groups:

If I enable visibility for one of the products:

Then that category will show the visible item:

(2) Regarding the layout being broken, I am not currently seeing that issue:

Based on the initial screenshots, possibly the issue may have been related to a temporary caching problem - in some cases it's needed to clear all site caches , especially CSS / JS caches for the layout to display correctly,

If you still see the layout breaking somewhere, please let me know on which page, so I can check,
