I would also like to cancel my subscription. In doing so, this will keep my product active correct? It just cancels support renewal?

Hi Nick,
Thanks for reaching out. Your subscription has already been cancelled since the refund was processed, so there will be no future charges.
Just to clarify - you can still use the plugin in its current form with all current features. The only thing that changes is that you won't receive new updates and support going forward.
