Hey Stefan,

For some reason I cannot approve users anymore, it shows the pop-up, which I confirm, but nothing happens after this. It stays unapproved.

Hi George,

This sounds like it is likely caused by a JavaScript error or conflict on your site that's preventing the approval action from completing properly.

Could you check:

1. Check your browser's console log for any JavaScript errors (press F12 to open developer tools)
2. Check your site's debug log for any PHP errors that might be related

Or if you can share temporary backend access to your site, I'd be happy to take a direct look and investigate what might be causing this issue.

Hey Stefan,

I have found the problem. It was caused by a plugin called "multiple email recipients - by addify" causing a fatal error when sending out the B2Bking account approval email. I turned the email off and it allowed approval.
