Hi,
we resolved all the issues around B2B multi currency, but remain only one item, could you please assist? Within bulk order form the price for each variation in EUR is wrongly displayed as attached.
The problem is that price is only initially wrongly displayed. When you increase the quantity using the + button or drop the item to basket the price is properly updated everywhere (in bulk form, in basket).
Could you please assist. We already tried everything.

Hi Jacob,
I understand you're referring to the variation price here:
The formatting looks odd and it looks like the actual price itself (0.53) might be wrong as well.
It looks like there's some other plugin or code that is overwriting B2BKing's price there - almost certainly some kind of conflict.
I would suggest to try deactivating all other site plugins and looking at any price-related code snippets the site may be using.
We can investigate this issue directly if you can share a backend access to the site or a staging clone site,

We will use CLASSIC bulk order form so far, so there is no issue. The problem is only with CREAM bulk order. Yes, the price is not properly displayed (recalculated), but when you ADD MORE or press + or - the correct price pop up immediatelly.

Please, create also the account and I will give you the access to check it. In Classic form the problem in Bulk Order is with the currency signs, which are displayed not properly.

I see, the plugin recalculates prices / gets prices via AJAX when + - is clicked, so that's probably why it resets. My guess is the issue happens due to a conflict during the initial load but not during the recalculation - probably another plugin or code is modifying the initial display.
I have now registered an account on https://iontmax.com with email [email protected] - if you can give the user a temporary admin access I will go ahead and look into this right away.
I understand there are 2 pending issues:
-> Incorrect variation price display as per the previous screenshot (Cream form)
-> Currency symbols not displaying properly in Classic form

your account has ADMIN access
Switching in between currencies works fine.
We have a two pending issues, all is related purely to BULK ORDER FORM and
1) The variation prices are not displayed properly, it looks like not recalculated from CZK (implicit/base currency of the shop) . But when you press +/- or add more, all is with selected item fine, the price is changed to proper amount.
2) The currency symbol is on other side (left), but should be on right, as everywhere in the shop.
I think the issue 2 is caused by issue 1. But inside shop we have only Fox and B2B King using Woo. Nothing else.
I will be happy when you will be able to say what is making problems.
But please do not change any part of eshop code or settings withou our consent.
Just try to identify the problem.
