Hi,
We purchased the MarketKing plugin and when we install the plugin we get the following info under the plugin:
"You MarketKing Pro license has not been activated. You are not receiving vital plugin updates and features.Activate license key orpurchase a new license."
When we click activate license key, we get redirected to a page with the info:
"Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page."

For MarketKing and that activation to work correctly, please note that it requires 2 plugins working together:
You should have both installed and active on your Plugins page as follows:
Please check that you have both - I think you may be missing the Core one. If so, just go to Plugins -> Add Plugin and search for "Marketking" there, then install and activate it:
It's also possible there could be another issue having to do with permissions or some kind of conflict, but it's harder to say what it is in that case.
I'd be glad to check this directly and troubleshoot on your site if you would like. For that, I would need a backend login to the site or a staging clone site,

Hi Stefan,
Yes, the core plugin was missing; I didn't notice that two plugins were needed, and I managed to activate the license now.
