Hi Team, We have both B2B and Sales kIng. Is there a way to have an internal admin member login and place an order for any customer? At present we have customers allocated to their sale reps and the reps can see their customers. But wondering is there a master login where we have access to place orders for any customer? Thanks

Hi Craig,
Would that be as an admin / shop manager with access to the WordPress backend?
If so, you can place orders on behalf of any customer using a plugin like "Login as User" (https://wordpress.org/plugins/login-as-user/).
You can use that to quickly log in as any user and place orders for them directly. Once installed, you'll see a "Login as User" button in the WordPress users list next to each user.
Kind regards,
Stefan
