Not able to turn on visibility

Thank you for purchasing our plugin! I understand you're checking boxes and saving the category, but the changes don't persist after saving, is that correct?

This behavior typically suggests there is a conflict with another plugin or code interfering with the save function. I'd recommend temporarily deactivating other plugins on your site to check if this resolves the issue.

If you'd like, we can also take a direct look and troubleshoot the issue - for that, would you be able to provide temporary admin access to your site or a staging site?
