Labels of registration fields are not visible/translated

The labels and placeholder of registration fields are not visible/translated if other language than German.

There is also a strange behavior of the admin page 'Custom Registration / Billing Field:

When you open the page via the menu, no language filters appear initially. After refreshing the page (F5), the language filters appear. If you then filter by language, no entries appear in the list view. See screenshots.

Hi Michael,

Sorry to hear about that issue. This might be a conflict related to how the fields are being loaded via AJAX.

Please try adding the following code snippet to your site (to your theme's functions.php file or using a code snippets plugin):

add_filter( 'b2bking_ajax_pages_load', '__return_false' );

This disables AJAX, but all functionality should remain the same otherwise.

Thanks for getting back to me and sorry to hear that didn't help.

Would it be possible to share a backend admin login to the site, or a staging clone site? I can then look into both issues directly and identify any conflicts or what might be causing this.

Thank you for the access details,

I went ahead and configured the fields on the site - it was needed to set some field data and go over each field and role to translate it.

I believe all is working correctly now, as per my video: https://www.loom.com/share/06481c36e37d472dbbae528928b4420b

 

Note that the field at the very bottom of the form named "VAT ID" is not from our plugin. That field is from the Germanized plugin and we do not control it.

B2BKing's VAT field is the one that only appears after you select the country from the dropdown (as visible in the video). We can remove either our field or theirs if you'd like,
