Hi B2BKing Team,

I am trying to create Buy 1 Get 1 Free option on our website for logged out and registered users.

I followed the instruction from your help page but at the checkout the plugin keeps on giving the product away for free.

Do you know what I am doing wrong? Please see the attached screenshots.

Hi Atul,

Thanks for reaching out. I noticed that the "How much" setting is currently set to "1", which is causing the product to be given away completely for free.

To set up a proper Buy 1 Get 1 Free offer, you should change the "How much" setting to "2". This way, when a customer adds 2 items to their cart, one of them will be given free. This is normal for how this rule works,
