Is there anyway for instead of us to add the quote items to the project, that we create it as a payment pending order and email it via invoice?

Hi John,

You can create a pending payment order and send it to the customer. Here's how to do it:

1. Go to WooCommerce -> Orders -> Add Order
2. Add the desired items and set their prices in the order
3. Save the order with the status "PENDING PAYMENT"
4. In the top right corner, click on "Send order details to customer": https://prnt.sc/2aB_HdtOt_yp

The customer will then receive an email with the order details and payment instructions, looking like this: https://prnt.sc/I6K0L7I-zJjX

Kind regards,
Stefan

Thank you for the response, definitely aware of this, but this is a manual process and does not do so automatically. We're wondering if there's a way your plugin could auto do this.

Ah, then I believe you're looking for a way to automatically convert quote requests into orders? Unfortunately, there isn't currently an automatic way to do this in the plugin.

The closest alternative would be to skip the quotes system entirely and instead allow customers to place regular orders through the invoice payment gateway (https://woocommerce-b2b-plugin.com/docs/invoice-payment-gateway/). This would let them place orders without immediate payment, though it follows a different workflow than the quote system.

Kind regards,
Stefan
