Right now our shipping plugin is letting us mark the offer product as shipped or not, we need it to be a virtual product so it is excluded.

Hi John,
To do this, please go to your site backend Products page, and search for "offer" - as shown here https://prnt.sc/RKLes8TgzIs-
This will show the offer product which is normally hidden (that's the product used internally by the plugin). You can then simply edit that product and mark it as virtual, which should resolve the shipping plugin issue.
If you search for "offer" but don't see the product showing up, try deactivating the B2BKing plugin first, then search again. Once you've made the change, you can reactivate the plugin.
