Hi MarketKing team,
I’d like to ask about the seller payout process.
How long does it typically take for a seller to receive the funds in their account after an order has been paid and or marked as Completed?
Also, is this process configurable in any way — for example, can we adjust or delay the payout timing manually or through settings/hooks?

Hi Aleksander,
With Stripe Connect, the payout timing is controlled by Stripe rather than MarketKing.
To my knowledge, this is typically 2-7 days, but can vary based on the seller's country and Stripe account settings.
The payout schedule itself is not configurable through MarketKing settings, as this is managed directly by Stripe. Unfortunately I do not have a way to auto-delay this.
However, you should know that in the case of refunds, Stripe also automatically recovers the funds from the seller's account, so this reduces your risk for these orders.
