Hello,

When i go under registration on my website the Field Label doesn't show up only the placeholder does. I tried everything and on the side when I'm on Wordpress under registration fields it shows, but not on the website. If you can please help me with that. Thank you

Hi Polin,

Thanks for reaching out. I understand you're referring to the page at https://www.royalscoop.com/my-account/#create-account

I checked that now and I can see there's some conflicting CSS on your site that hides the labels. You can add this CSS to solve it:

.b2bking_custom_registration_container label, .b2bking_registration_roles_dropdown_section label {
opacity: 1 !important;
position: initial !important;
font-size: 1em !important;
font-weight: bold !important;
padding-left: 0px !important;
}

After adding that, it should look like this: https://prnt.sc/Evs26BcAYiLu

The design there seems to be heavily influenced by your theme. To give it a nice professional look, you might want to consider using the free Forminator plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/forminator/

Such a form can be connected to B2BKing by following this guide: https://b2bkingplugin.com/docs/build-a-b2b-registration-form-using-forminator-wpforms-gravity-forms-etc/

Let me know if I can help,

Kind regards,
Stefan
