Hello! I have a pre-sales question.

I am building a WooCommerce B2B store using B2BKing Free + SalesKing.

Could you please confirm if the following workflow is supported without requiring B2BKing Pro?

  1. Create B2B customers manually from the WordPress admin.
  2. Assign each customer to a Sales Agent.
  3. Assign each customer to a B2B group (Bronze, Silver, Gold, Diamond).
  4. When that customer places an order, only the assigned Sales Agent receives the new order email notification.
  5. The Sales Agent can view and manage only the customers assigned to them.

Can all of the above be achieved with SalesKing + B2BKing Free, or does any of these features require B2BKing Pro?

Yes, all of the features you listed are supported, with just 1 note:

B2BKing Free has a limit of 2 customer groups. For 4 groups (Bronze, Silver, Gold, Diamond), that would require B2BKing Pro.

Everything else on your list (creating B2B customers manually, assigning them to agents, agent-only order notifications, and agents managing only their assigned customers) works with SalesKing + B2BKing Free.
