Hi,

Ever since I installed the B2king plugin, the new categories I create in my woocommerce aren’t displayed when the plugin is active. If I deactivate the plugin, everything works fine (image-evera-1.jpg and image-evera-2.jpg), but as soon as I reactivate it, all the new categories I created after installing the plugin return a 404 error (image-evera-3.jpg).

I can’t fix this by updating the permalinks, so I’ve wondered if it might be down to some internal setting or incompatibility that I’m not aware of. To keep my site working with the new categories, I’ve had to deactivate the plugin.

Thanks for reaching out and sorry to hear about that issue.

I believe this is most likely related to B2BKing's visibility module. When visibility is enabled, categories may be hidden depending on visibility settings. You can find more details on how this works here:

If you don't need different visibility for different products or categories, you can simply disable this by going to B2BKing -> Settings -> Access and setting it to 'All Products Visible'.
