Hi,

We recently set up the Offers feature in B2BKing on our WooCommerce store (heba-sport-tec.ch) and are running into two layout issues when generating/downloading an Offer PDF:

  1. Subtotal column is cut off. The last column ("Zwischensumme"/subtotal) is truncated at the right edge of the page — it's not fully visible in the generated PDF. This happens consistently across offers with several line items.
  2. Raw HTML tags appear in product names. Some product titles show up in the PDF with literal HTML markup instead of being rendered, e.g.: "Dia-Edge WC Dia-Feile<span> - </span>600 WI" instead of "Dia-Edge WC Dia-Feile - 600 WI". This suggests the offer PDF generator isn't stripping/parsing HTML tags from the product title field before rendering.

Could you help us fix the column cut-off issue (is there a way to adjust table/column widths or page orientation for Offer PDFs?), and let us know whether HTML tags in product titles are expected to be stripped automatically, or if this is a bug on your end?

I'm happy to send over a sample PDF and the affected product IDs if that helps you reproduce it.

Thanks, José Manuel Conde Heba Sport Tec GmbH heba-sport-tec.ch

Hi José,

Thank you for purchasing our plugin and I'm sorry to hear about those issues. I can see the problems in the PDF you attached,

Column widths are normally handled automatically, there is no manual mechanism for this. Something is going wrong there in the PDF generation. The 2 problems might be the same issue - possibly some raw HTML is pushing the columns towards the edge of the page and outside page boundaries.

This could have to do with a plugin conflict - if another plugin inserts some content or HTML on the offer page, it may be incorrectly read by our PDF script.

Would it be possible to share a temporary backend login to the site (or a staging clone)? It would really help to see the actual page and check if something is interfering with the PDF generator.

Kind regards,
Stefan
