To upgrade, just head over to https://kingsplugins.com/my-account/billing-upgrades/ and click "Upgrade" next to your license. It will show you all available options and pricing.
The upgrade price depends on how much time is left on your current plan, and when you upgrade you receive a full 12 months on the new plan (not just the remaining months from your old one).
