Yes, SalesKing agents can shop as the customer and place any type of order on their behalf, including Woo Subscriptions orders.

For payment, there are a couple of options:

1. If the customer has a saved card on file, the agent can select it at checkout and use it to place the subscription order.

2. Alternatively, agents have a special "pending payment" gateway - when used, a payment link is sent to the customer so they can complete the payment themselves. For this gateway to show at checkout for subscriptions, manual renewals must be enabled in Woo Subscriptions. Once the customer pays the initial order through a subscription-compatible gateway such as Stripe or WooPayments, the subscription can then renew automatically through that gateway.
