B2BKing Assign Specific Payment Methods to Individual Customers
We use B2BKing and want to control which payment methods are available to each B2B customer.
Our goal is to configure payment methods on a customer-by-customer basis, rather than having the same payment methods available to every B2B customer.
For example:
- Customer A: Credit Card only
- Customer B: Purchase Order only
- Customer C: Net Terms only
- Customer D: Credit Card + Purchase Order
- Customer E: Purchase Order + Net Terms
Ideally, when we create or edit a B2B customer, we would like to select which payment methods that specific customer is authorized to use. Then, during checkout, the customer should only see the payment methods assigned to their account.
Question:
Does B2BKing currently support assigning/enabling WooCommerce payment methods at the individual user/customer level?
If so, could you please provide instructions for configuring this?
If you can't configure this directly per user, what is the recommended B2BKing approach? For example, would we need to create different B2B customer groups based on their approved payment terms and then enable/disable payment methods by group?
We specifically need to support customers with different combinations of:
- Credit Card
- Purchase Order (PO)
- Payment Terms / Net Terms
The key requirement is to determine which of these options each customer is authorized to see and use at checkout.
Please let us know the best way to configure this in B2BKing and whether we can manage it directly from the customer's B2BKing/WooCommerce user profile.
