Hello, we got a problem with your plugin and our search engine. We are using XStore theme.

After the latest upgrade of your plugin we noticed that the search results layout at our site hab changed BUT only for not logged in users. If you log you see the search result page as you should - similar to the shop/category pages.

If you are not logged in you see the search results like a blog with a "continue reading" button.

Can you help on this?
Thanks
Giorgos

Hi Georgios,

Thank you for reaching out, and sorry to hear about this issue.

If I understand correctly, you're referring specifically to the full search results page (not the small ajax in-browser search), with this kind of display: https://prnt.sc/wWr_71D8RvS4

This is most likely related to how B2BKing filters queries, though it's hard to say for sure from the description alone. I'm not aware of any specific change in the latest version that would affect this, so we'd need to do a bit of testing and debugging to figure out exactly where it's coming from.

Would it be possible to share a backend login to the site, or a staging clone site, so we can take a closer look? It's probably just a query issue, but having site access would really help us narrow it down quickly.

Kind regards,
Stefan

Hello Stefan, yes this the page I am talking about. For example: https://candyroyal.gr/?s=takis

If I am logged in the full search rsults page is different than if I am not.

I am not the owner of the eshop so I must ask for admin permission. I sent the email in case you were aware of the problem from another client of yours.

I tried to debug the page but I can't see any problem. will let you know soon.

Regards
Giorgos

Hi Giorgos,

Thanks for confirming,

Yes I'm afraid we're not aware of a specific issue here - most likely some query or filtering problem, but it would really help to be able to test directly so we can see the setup.

Whenever you get the go-ahead from the site owner, please just send over the login details and we'll take a closer look.

Kind regards,
Stefan

Hello Stefan, I got another issue. We used to be able to choose if a product was visible/available for each B2C and B2B group. Now this option is gone. Was it removed in the last versions?

Hi Giorgos,

I believe what's happening is that the plugin is likely set to "All products visible" in B2BKing -> Settings -> Access, and in that mode the per-product visibility options are hidden.

To bring them back, please go to B2BKing -> Settings -> Access and set it to "Control Visibility", like this: https://prnt.sc/ttOXLcY3SIn2

After saving, the visibility settings for each B2C and B2B group should appear again,

Kind regards,
Stefan
